• If don’t have the access to your mobile phone and alternate email address, you can use secret question option. Most of the users don’t like to provide information related to secret question but it is between you and the yahoo software.
• Click my security question and click next.
• Enter the exact answer you provided while creating your account otherwise you won’t be able to recover password. Once you click the next option, you will be prompted to create a new password.
